At The Pickled Fork we love our BBQ's which is why we’ve gone the extra hog to provide you with a charcoal powered spit roast and fire pit cooking for every BBQ occasion. Whether it be rotisserie chickens, gourmet fire pit BBQ or a suckling pig we have it covered.
The suckling pig that we provide has been boned out and rolled by our local butchers and seasoned with The Pickled Fork's own herbs and spice mix. The pig is then rolled up and tied then slow cooked over locally sourced English charcoals and hard woods which makes for an even cooking time and leaves the meat moist and juicy all the way through with no bones to tackle. This package comes complete with a chef, suckling pig, seasonal salads of your choice, condiments and sour dough rolls.
